Vivian Janet (Thayer) Elder, 81, of Dillsboro, passed away Tuesday, November 8, 2022 at UC Medical Center in Cincinnati, Ohio.

A Celebration of Life will be held from 12:00 – 6:00 pm on Saturday, January 28, 2023 at the Dillsboro Civic Center, 9824 Central Ave., Dillsboro, IN 47018. Memorials may be given in honor of Vivian to the Dillsboro Life Squad.
