William “Billy” Cutter, 55, of Dillsboro passed away Thursday, July 13, 2023 at his home with his loving family by his side.

Family and friends may gather in remembering Billy from 5:00-7:00 PM, Friday, July 21, 2023 at the Filter-DeVries-Moore Funeral Home in Dillsboro. A service will be held at 10:00 AM, Saturday, July 22, 2023. Burial will take place in Oakdale Cemetery. Memorials may be given in honor of Billy to the family.
