Multiple felony charges levied against former officer

Former Rising Sun Police Chief, Harlis Steven Hoover, Jr., 37, was recently charged with some serious crimes. He was arrested on Monday, November 13 on 17 felony counts after Indiana State Police-Versailles Post detectives completed a four-month investigation.
