Indians defeat Knights 85-70

The varsity Indians gave their home crowd plenty of reasons to cheer during the game Saturday night versus the visiting South Dearborn Knights. Milan opened the game with eight straight points and led 19-13 after the first quarter. Senior Matt Schmitt and junior Josh Clark played strong off of the bench in the second quarter and helped boost their team to a 40-19 lead at halftime.


Boys swimmers ready for sectional

Boys swimmers from Ripley County high schools are set to race in IHSAA sectional competition beginning tonight, Thursday, February 20, at Columbus North High School. Preliminary rounds take place on Thursday followed by finals on Saturday, Feb. 22.
