Women enjoy outdoors at Big Oaks

In backyard bug identification, Glené Mynhardt from Hanover College led participants on a short walk around the lodge as they caught various insects, including butterflies and moths, to learn about their different characteristics. Indiana is home to a diverse variety of insects, many of which help pollinate flowering plants.

SR holds 53rd graduation ceremony

South Ripley High School graduates from the Class of 2019 had one final act to complete the graduation process - throwing hats high into the air. This act could mean they are tipping their hats to all their teachers and administration - or a joyful experience to celebrate the end of one chapter and the beginning of another, or both.

JCD graduates 64 on Sat.

The bleachers seating were full as people gathered for the Jac-Cen-Del’s Class of 2019’s commencement exercises on Saturday, June 1 at 2:00 p.m. When they announced the three young men who were going into the military to stand, the crowd began to clap and then stood in honor of their decision to serve their country.
